Filament Essential Services welcomes Paul Durban as Assistant Vice President of Nonprofit Services. Durban joined Filament on October 31, 2022 after spending two years as Senior Brand Manager for Bosselman Enterprises.
“Filament is thrilled to welcome Paul Durban to our Team,” Filament President C.J. Thoma said. “His extensive experience in marketing and brand development, as well as his former role as Executive Director of a local nonprofit, make him uniquely qualified to lead our Nonprofit Services team.”
While at Bosselman Enterprises, Durban guided initiatives promoting both the Pump & Pantry and Bosselman Travel Center brands. In particular, he coordinated the launch of the company’s first loyalty program alongside its 50th anniversary. Durban was also instrumental in introducing a new CMS platform and customer-facing app, which earned Bosselman Enterprises a Launch of the Year award from Paytronix Systems. Prior to Bosselman Enterprises, Durban held leadership positions at Alpha Media USA and Lincoln Children’s Museum.
Durban plans to further strengthen Filament’s brand and position it among nonprofits as a leader in operational efficiency.
“Nonprofits are often the voice for those who can’t speak up for themselves,” Durban said. “I consider it an honor and a privilege to help them reach their goals.”
